Does Telasip support e911?
Telasip offers 911 service in all markets. We do charge
a $10 activation fee and $3 monthly fee for 911.
• Do
you provide service in my rate center? We cover
most rate centers. Send a request to info@telasip.com

Is there a Cancellation Fee? Telasip does not
charge a cancellation fee, you may cancel your service
with 15 day notice. To cancel your service you must send
an email to support@telasip.com This will serve as your
official cancellation request. Please save a copy of that
email as proof of your request.

Can I get an additional DID in another rate center?
Virtual Numbers are $2.95 per month. Or you can get an
additional Inbound channel for $9.95

Do you support
Asterisk? We do support Asterisk and have
many customers using Asterisk. Click the link to see an
example of configuring Asterisk.
• Does
Telasip offer Fax support? Telasip can not
offer T.38 at this time. Most of our traffic uses Level
3 for both origination and termination. Unfortunately
Level 3 does not offer T.38 on their network.
