| Can
I port my number? We do support Local Number Portability.
We can port many numbers, but not all numbers are portable.
For example, some VOIP providers do not allow porting their
numbers away. |

will I get my new number? We can provision your
number the same day if we have them in stock. If we have to
order a number it will take from days to weeks, depending on
which rate center is being requested. |
| How
many simultaneous calls can I have? Residential
accounts support two calls. This is required for features like
call waiting and 3-way calling. If you need to have two people
on the phone at once, you will need o purchase additional lines. |
