What is your No Risk Guarantee?
Simple. If the service does not meet your satisfaction after 30 days, simply send an email request to cancel and we will refund the setup fee.
How do I port my number?
All we need is a signed Letter of Authorization to port your number. Once we receive the LOA and a copy of your bill, we will take care of the rest.
How easy would it be to expand the number of VoIP lines?
For a hosted VoIP service, it is easy. Simply request to add a line. Connect an IP phone and you are done!
Does Telasip handle the VoIP network at my office or do I need an administrator?
Telasip will provide a hosted system where all the call routing is handled by Telasip in a Cloud based server.
